This July witnesses a group of passionate and energetic new members joining GNMI. The arrival of these new graduates injected new energy into the company. At the beginning of the training, new employees learned about the development history, business scope, market positioning, and corporate culture of GNMI?by visiting the company’s corporate culture exhibition hall, product application exhibition hall, and listening to introductions, which gave them?a more comprehensive understanding of the company. Meanwhile, representatives of previous students?joining?the company also shared their growth experiences and career development paths, providing valuable references and enlightenment for the new employees.
The training also includes theoretical and technical knowledge of pearlescent materials, synthetic?mica and other products. With?detailed introduction by directors?the company’s technical and quality departments, new employees have an?all-round?understanding of the characteristics, application and market prospects of the company’s main products. In order to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience, the new employees also visited the company’s production sites?to?directly?learn about?production process and techniques, laying a solid foundation for their future work.
