On July 16, Chen Jin, a member of Standing Committee of Hangzhou Municipal Committee and Executive Deputy Mayor of Hangzhou Municipal Government, led a team to visit the Global New Material International Tonglu Project. The delegation included Wang Dong, Deputy Secretary-General of Hangzhou Municipal Government, along with the leaders from Hangzhou Development and Reform Commission, Economic and Information Technology Commission, Cultural and Tourism Bureau, Transportation Investment Group and the Second Office of Municipal Government. They were accompanied by Feng Jing, Secretary of Tonglu County Party Committee, Shi Jianhua, Executive Deputy County Head of Tonglu and Luo Baocheng, Deputy Secretary of Party Working Committee and Director of Management Committee of Tonglu Economic Development Zone. Jin Zengqin, Vice President of Global New Material International, warmly received the inspection team.
The delegation conducted an in-depth site visit to the project, inspecting the construction progress and gaining a detailed understanding of the company’s production operations and future development plans. Deputy Mayor Chen Jin expressed her approval of Global New Material International’s development strategy, which balances internal growth with external expansion and its comprehensive industry chain layout. She praised the company’s innovative capabilities and market competitiveness in the new materials sector. She encouraged the company to prioritize engineering quality and safety while striving to expedite construction, as wells as ensure quality and progress, aiming for the project achievement with production and benefits as soon as possible.
Jin Zengqin warmly welcomed Deputy Mayor Chen Jin’s visit and provided a detailed report to the inspection team on the company’s development status, strategic planning, construction progress and talent development. Jin highlighted that, thanks to the comprehensive and meticulous “nanny-style”?support provided by the municipal and county governments at all levels, the construction of Tonglu project is progressing steadily according to the established plan.
Currently, the construction work for Tonglu project is in full swing. Moving forward, Global New Material International will continue to strengthen the communication and cooperation with the relevant government departments. Under the leadership of municipal and county party committees and governments in Hangzhou and Tonglu, the company will strive to expedite construction and ensure quality, as wells as the progress and safety. The project goal will achieve ?the project’s completion, production and efficacy, injecting new vitality into the region’s high-quality economic development.”
