[Company News] On January 15th, 2025, Shen Zhongping, Director of Material Industry Department of Zhejiang Provincial Economy?and Information Technology Department, led a?research group?to visit the Tonglu project of Global New Material?International to conduct an in-depth on-site research. Zhou Ning, Party member?and Deputy Director?of Hangzhou Municipal Economy?and Information Bureau and top officials from Tonglu County Economy?and Information Bureau?were also present.
Jin Zengqin, Vice President of GNMI, warmly received the?visiting?group?and gave them?the field inspection. Jin Zengqin introduced the current construction progress and phased objectives?of the project in detail, and pointed out that the project witnessed?an important milestone at the beginning of 2025 — the first hoisting of steel structure, which marked?that the project officially initiated?the main structure construction, and injected a strong impetus for the follow-up project.
Jin Zengqin,Vice President?of GNMI,gave comprehensive report?on the development history,strategic?layout and technological innovation achievements of Global New Material International to the visiting?group. Jin?focused on the overall situation of the project with an annual output of 100,000 tons of synthetic mica, including technical barriers, broad market prospects, diversified application directions, as well as development planning and future layout?of upstream and downstream industry chain. Jin said that GNMI?has always adhered to leading with technology?and innovation-driven, and is committed to promoting technological innovation and industrial upgrading in the field of new materials.
Upon?listening to the report, Shen Zhongping,spoke highly of the innovation achievements and development achievements of GNMI. He pointed out that technological breakthrough and market expansion of GNMI?in the field of new materials fully reflected GNMI’s?leading role, and encouraged to continue to bring?its own advantages?to full use?and accelerate the construction of the project. He also explained in detail relevant government policies to back up?the development of the new materials industry, giving strong support to further expand the market and enhance competitiveness.
Since the Tonglu project was launched, government departments at all levels have attached great importance to giving?full support?to the project, providing a comprehensive guarantee from planning to implementation. In the future, Global New Material International will continue to increase investment in scientific?and technological research and development, accelerate the project construction progress, expand the market application field, enhance the core competitiveness of industrial chain, inject new vitality into the local economic development, and make greater contributions to a good start of industrial economy.
